Features
It is a small size but high quality green laser module, it uses Sharp or Osram brand new and original package laser diodes inside, and the lifetime is 10000 hours. It normally uses a glass lens inside, the dot beam will be higher precision. Of course, with different requirements of different customers, we also can do it with PMMA material lens at a lower cost.
Wavelength: Green 520nm laser
Output Power(CW): According to the different requirements of the customers, we can do it with 0.4mW, 1mW, 3mW, or 5mW output Power.
Dimension: 6*10.5mm, including the PCBA, the length will be 26mm.
Working Voltage: 3-5V
Working Mode: CW work
Dot beam size: We normally adjust its infinity distance ( Parallel light), then get about 10mm dot beam size at a 10m working distance. Please let us know if you want us to adjust the dot beam size with less working distance!
